The Occasion
Grand receptions, without the crush
The reception is the evening the extended family and the wider circle actually meet the couple. Hundreds of people come up in turn, offer their wishes, hand over a gift, take a photograph and move on. Everything depends on that line moving smoothly.
The hall is set up for it. The stage runs wide at one end with steps on both sides, so guests go up one way and come down the other instead of doubling back through the queue. The floor in front stays open for the line, and the seating behind it means nobody who is waiting has to stand for an hour.
In the evening the decorative false ceiling and its lighting do most of the work for you. Photographs come out warm rather than flat, and the mezzanine level gives your photographer a clear vantage over the whole room for the group shots.
For the Evening
What makes a reception run well
Everything here exists to keep several hundred people moving comfortably through one evening.
-
Wide stage, clear sightlines
A broad stage with steps on both sides so the greeting line flows in one direction and never backs up.
-
Decorative ceiling lighting
The illuminated false ceiling gives the hall a warm evening tone that photographs well without extra rigging.
-
Mezzanine for photography
A raised level overlooking the hall — the clean wide angle for group photographs and video coverage.
-
Dining alongside the evening
The separate dining hall serves 250 at a time, so guests can eat as they arrive rather than all at once.
-
Generator backup
Full backup across the hall and lighting, so an evening function never pauses for the supply.
-
Parking on the premises
Car and two-wheeler parking on site — guests arriving after work are not left hunting on the bypass road.

How a reception runs here
The stage and the greeting line
Decorators usually take the hall from the afternoon and build the backdrop against the stage wall, where the ceiling lighting frames it without any additional rigging. The open floor in front holds the line, and because the hall is a single unbroken span, guests waiting at the back can still see what is happening on stage. Sound points are available around the stage area for the compere and the music.
- Steps on both sides for one-way movement
- Backdrop wall framed by the existing ceiling lighting
- Open floor in front for the greeting line
- Sound points around the stage area
Capturing Beautiful Moments
The grand reception stage and the beautiful decorative false ceiling provide the perfect backdrop for professional photography and candid moments. Photographers have plenty of space to work both from the floor and the mezzanine level. Meanwhile, the dining hall runs continuously through the evening, allowing guests to greet the couple, eat, and leave in their own time without any rush.
- Spacious stage and perfect lighting for photography
- Mezzanine and floor angles for the photography team
- Continuous dining through the evening, 250 per sitting
- AC rooms on site for outfit changes
